Nearly 40 Hastings Democrats came to the Public Library Monday night to endorse the Democratic Committee's selections of current Trustee Nicola Armacost and former Trustee Marge Apel for two seats on the village board that will become open in March.

The committee also selected current Village Justice Joseph DiSalvo to continue in his role.

The Republicans will hold their caucus at the Community Center Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
