Today: Learn to Cook Turkish Food at Dobbs Ferry Library

The Dobbs Ferry Public Library is partnering with Turkish Cultural Center of Westchester for a one-shot Turkish cooking class on Saturday, Jan. 11 at 2 p.m. in the library.

Local residents can learn to prepare Turkish appetizers and dessert for family and friends, including how to make Sigara Boregi (Spring Rolls) Kisir (Tabouli- Bulgur Wheat Salad) and Muhallebi, a traditional Turkish milk pudding for dessert.
