Free Qi Gong class Saturday mornings 8:00am to 8:45am in Yonkers

Class will be held at Van Der Donck Park. This is the site of the Saw Mill River Day Lighting project.

Location, Next to Dock Street and Bashford Steet. Next to the DMV and Yonkers Metro North Station.

Class is ongoing and Free.
