Calling Irvington Kayaking Enthusiasts

Come to a community conversation on Kayaking Thursday in Irvington.

If you’re interested in improving and expanding kayaking access on the Irvington waterfront, attend a public meeting on Thursday, July 7 at 7:30 p.m. at the senior center in Scenic Hudson Park.

The Kayaking Subcommittee of the Irvington Business Improvement Committee (IBIC) has launched a “Kayak Irvington!” initiative, through which they seek to engage community members to identify ways to improve the conditions for kayaking in Irvington.

"Our hope is that through the combined interest and efforts of Irvington residents, local businesses, the Village, and others, together we can make Irvington a more convenient and fun site for kayaking," kayak committee members wrote in an email to the village.
