Christmas Bash Benefits Brain Research

The event Sunday night helped raise funds for OCD research.

Thanks to Stephen Kelly for the write-up and John Tessitore for the photos.

On Sunday night the Christmas Eve Bash was spearheaded by local residents CJ Fleming and John Tessitore. Over one hundred young adults partied, reminisced and generously contributed to the cause.

As a true act of kindness the owners of the Cedar Street Grill Matt and Joey Kay opened their restaurant to the Rivertowns Community from 8 to 12 pm.

The money raised by the event has been designated to support research on brain disorders—which have devastated individuals and their communities especially in recent times.

Even in difficult economic times, the young adult Rivertowns community always finds a way to support worthy causes and have a good time doing it.
