Pets Alive Pet of the Week: Tony

Every week we feature a different adoptable cat or dog from the no-kill shelter in Elmsford.

This handsome boy is Tony. He is just over 1-year-old. He is timid at first but does like affection. He is desperately seeking his forever family. His beautiful markings, quiet disposition, and sweet nature can be what your family is looking for. He is tested, neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped.

To meet Tony visit him at Pets Alive Westchester 100 Warehouse Ln. Elmsford, NY 10523.

You can also view our other animals for adoption and find out about the programs we offer at www.petsalivewest.org

Pet of the Week Tony was adopted at the Westchester Cat Show last weekend! At the Cat Show, which was held at Westchester County Center on November 17 and 18, four cats from Pets Alive Westchester found their forever homes (according to PAW's website). That's a great adoption weekend for the animal shelter. This coming Saturday afternoon, Pets Alive Westchester will be having a "Kitten Shower" for the benefit of the many kittens rescued by PAW during Hurricane Sandy. I'll scan the announcement to Dina Sciortino, in the hope that this event can be listed on Rivertowns Patch.

Awesome, thanks for the update Peggy-ann! If you post it as an event here: http://rivertowns.patch.com/events/new with a picture an email the link to dina.sciortino@Patch.com I will be happy to feature it on the homepage and on our social media sites. Thanks again!
