Weather: No Snow, Below Zero Temperatures

The National Weather Service says there will be scattered flurries after noon on Thursday, but no snow before that.

That doesn’t mean you won’t need your winter jacket.

Temperatures are expected to reach as low as 13 degrees below zero, with wind chills. Here is Thursday’s full forecast:

Thursday: Scattered flurries after noon. Partly sunny, with a high near 19. Wind chill values as low as -13. Northwest wind 7 to 14 mph.

Thursday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 5. Wind chill values as low as -8. Northwest wind 8 to 11 mph.
