Former Patch Editor Krista Madsen shot the above video Monday of aerial preparations for President Barack Obama's planned speech Wednesday at the Tappan Zee Bridge.

The speech, in which the president will call on Congress for more infrastructure spending, could prove to be a big disruption to area residents and commuters due to closed streets in Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow, early dismissal from schools and traffic congestion.

The visit will only cause minor delays on Metro-North trains on the Hudson Line that serves the area.

Metro-North spokesperson Aaron Donovan told Patch that trains will still stop at the Tarrytown station during the visit, and the only disruption will be temporary if the Secret Service is moving the president's motorcade.
