'Alternative Photography' Exhibit at Irvington Library

"Alternative Photography," enhanced photographs by Lev Gogish, will be on exhibit in the Martucci Gallery at the from November 3 through November 30.

Of his own works Gogish said:

"Each print is either a combination of some photographs from my database or an artistic transformation of one of them, which are based on my impressions and memory.  Even though some of the prints perhaps look like just a photograph, in reality they are not.  Each original photograph was transformed digitally in one way or another…to make the print the most expressive, vivid and dynamic.”
