Westchester Poetry Festival

The Masters School and The Hudson Valley Writers’ Center will sponsor the first annual Westchester Poetry Festival on Saturday, April 23, 2011,  from 1:00-5:00 p.m.

The event, which will take place in The Masters School’s Claudia Boettcher Theatre, will feature poetry readings, spoken-word events, workshops, and more. Participating poets include Victoria Bond, Jo Ann Clark, Brenda Conner-Bey, Lynne Francis, Jacquelyn Jones, Iyadba  Mandingo, Jeffrey McDaniel, Kathy Ossip, Donna Reis, Tanya Simon, and Rachel Zucker.

High school students and adults are welcome to attend. Admission and parking are free of charge.
