A brand new lavishly decorated house and extravagant wedding reception may be in Irvington resident Emily Leonard’s near future.
If she becomes a millionaire, her new house, she’ll “decorate the hell out of it.” Her wedding next summer will have the finest beers, as her fiancé Mike Humphrey is a “beer snob.”
“Anything less than craft beer, just won’t do,” said Leonard, a manager at Kinespirit fitness studio in Manhattan.
The world will find out Leonard’s financial fate Wednesday, Nov. 14 and Thursday, Nov. 15 when the 25-year-old appears on “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” at 12:30 p.m. on ABC, channel 7.
The game show is in its eleventh season and hosted by Irvington resident Meredith Vieira. Vieira, an Emmy award winner and co-executive producer of the show, has hosted more than 1,800 episodes over ten seasons and has given out more than $70 million in winnings to contestants.
Leonard, a self proclaimed “macaroni and cheese connoisseur,” said she would also like to do a mac and cheese tour of the country if she wins big.
