I'm especially fond of Just Paws in Northvale, just south of the Tappan border. I've had shih-tzus for 25 years and she's the first groomer who knows how to properly do a shih-tzu cut! Tracy is also reasonably priced, I couldn't be happier!

umm your forgetting the best groomer in rockland The Barking Lot~! there the best i have a Newfi and have been to several other places and the barking lot is the only place my mojo looks forward to going. very affordable and they truly love the animals there. its right in orangeburg and there always willing to make time for you on short notice. the barking lot the only place to go~!
