Alongside Astorino was Janet Crawshaw, Hudson Valley Restaurant Week founder, Natasha Caputo, director of the County's Office of Tourism, RiverMarket Owner Glenn Vogt and Executive Chef John Holzwarth.

The pasta was topped with a beef bolognese sauce and maitake mushroom. "Very good. Really really good," Astorino said, between bites and the flash of news cameras.
