From India’s southern state of Goa comes the fiery vindaloo lamb or chicken marinated overnight in vinegar, sugar, fresh ginger and red Kashmiri chillies. From the western sea coast, Neha Palace brings methi machli, boneless fish in a sauce of fenugreek, cumin, and turmeric. All dishes are expertly paired with world-class wines. Chef Faysal Abedin Salim hails from Bangladesh and credits his knowledge of precise Indian and Bangladeshi cooking techniques to his roots. With his colorful heritage combined with vast international experience across Europe, Salim brings a unique multicultural culinary fresh flavor to Neha Palace.
