Community Update

Cedar Street Grill is a Dobbs Ferry gem. The owner Kathy and her sons run a lovely establishment. The food is consistantly good, the service fuss-free, and the atmosphere friendly. If you sit at the bar, the bartenders tend towards the unobtrusive yet attentive. Unaccompanied women feel as comfortable as the local softball players sitting at small, well appointed bar scene. They have shaded sidewalk tables, perfect for summer evening enjoyment. I'm no foodie, but the NYTs gave them a pretty good review. They have wifi making it easy to sit in the bar and read your iPad in peace while sipping a drink.
