In the first of two at Georgia’s Kenesaw College on March 12th, Andrea Abbatiello of Furman came off the bench to play in left field, as her nine topped their hosts, 5-3. On the 15th, in the 2nd of two with the Owls , she was the designated player and walked once. The record is now 14-11/2-0.

In an 11-9, hard fought win over hosts Sewanee on March 12th, Jake Bernard of The College of Wooster scored his team’s first 3 lacrosse goals, had 3 ground balls, 1 turnover, and had 1 cross checking penalty in the game. Teammate John Michael Bogusz had 3 ground balls and 1 caused turnover in the battle. With Rhodes on the 14th, Bernard had 4 shots and 2 caused turnovers in the 11-3 win, as the record reached 5-0.
In the first of two games on March 10th, Jamie Bucci of Cortland batted 1-3, fanned once, had 1 putout and left 1 runner on base in the 3-0 loss to and Montclair State, while in the 6-4 over Simpson in the nightcap, she went 1-2, scored 2 runs, and had 1 base on balls. With Muskingum on the 11th, she was 1-4 in batting and had 3 putouts in center field, as they lost, 9-0, while with Catholic the same day, she was 3-4 at the plate, scored 2 runs, and had 2 left on base in the 9-0 blanking of the Cardinals. In an 8-0 loss to Illinois Wesleyan on the 13th, she batted 1-3, had 2 putouts and 1 assist, while in game two with Staten Island, a 8-5 win, she was 1-3, scored 1 run, and had 1 free pass. In the nightcap with Scholastica, a 2-1 loss, she walked once and had 2 putouts, as the record evened at 5-5.
Max Bruckner of Iona pitched the first 3.2 innings against St. Johns,
giving up 5 runs , 2 earned, on 7 hits, walking 1, fanning 1, and was the losing hurler in the 7-2 loss on March 11th.
In a 4-2 loss to Liberty on March 11th, left fielder Danny Crowe of Elon, scored a run in the 3rd inning, and batted in the other in the 7th frame. He also fanned once, and had 3 putouts and 1 assist in the game. In a 1-0 shutout of Georgia Southern on the 14th, he walked and fanned once each, and had 5 assists in the infield, with the record now 13-7/2-1.
William DeLaMater of Irvington of Loomis and the Trinity Bantam’s lacrosse team, had playing time in the 10-5 loss to Western New England on March 11th.
In a 12-7 win over Greensboro on March 10th, Jake Hymowitz of Irvington and Guilford had 1 ground ball in the lacrosse game. in the157 loss at Lynchburg on the 15th, he saw playing times, as the record is now 5-1/0-1.
In the opening matches with the Temple Owls on March 11th, Ali Kaminetsky of Lehigh lost her singles match, 6-2,6-1, and also the doubles match, 8-2. The Mountain Hawk team lost, 6-1. In the 4-3 win over Villanova on the 15th, she dropped her singles match, 6-1,6-2.
At home with Niagara on the 16th, she won her singles match by default, as they topped the Purple Eagles, 6-1, with the record now 4-6.
In the 7-2 loss at St. Lawrence on March 15th, Michael Kennelly of Oneonta’s tennis team won his singles match, 6-1,6-3, and then he and his teammate dropped their doubles match, 9-7, with the record now 4-5.
In a 17-6 win over Emerson on March 14th, Liam McHugh of The College of Mt. St. Vincent had 2 ground balls and 1 caused turnover,while at Rosemont on the 15th, he had 1 ground ball, 3 turnovers, and 1 caused turnover. The Dolphins record is now 3-1.
In a 17-2 lacrosse loss to LIU-Post at Orlando on March 12th, Ciara Morley of Irvington and Bentley had 1 turnover in the game.
At Clermont, Florida, third baseman Jennifer Onwe of Sleepy Hollow and Sage Colleges, scored 2 runs, and had 1 r.b.i. and free pass in the 11-8 win over the Mt. Ida Mustangs. In the 7-3 loss to Worcester Tech, she scored 1 run, and walked and fanned once each. With Penn State-Behrens on the 11th, she batted 2-5 and fanned twice in the 10-7 loss.
The nightcap was a 15-1 win over Lancaster Bible College. In an 8-2 loss To Richard Stockton on the 13th, she fanned thrice and left 2 runners on base, while the second game was a 4-2 loss to Alvernia,
In a 10-1 romp over Anna Maria on the 14th, she had 2 hits and 2 r.bi.s, and then in the final game down south, they lost, 7-3, with the records now
4-6.
Pinch hitting in a 10-4 win over Dowling on March 15th, Greg Pezzuto of Hastings and Southern New Hampshire struck out. The record is 11-4.
Shortstop Jon Pilla of Ardsley and Belmont Abbey’s shortstop, in a 7-4 win over Lenoir-Rhyne, fanned once in the game. In game 1 at Limestone on the 14th, a 19-4 win, he struck out twice and left 1 runner on base. In the first of 2 with the same team on the 15th, while in game 2, he played off the bench as the record reached 11-17/12-7.
In a 9-0 blanking by Nova Southeastern on March 10th, shortstop Eddie Ritch of American International struck out once, and had 1 putout and 1 assist in the game. In a game with Barry on the 12th, a 20-8 setback, he fanned 3 times, and had 3 putouts and 4 assists in the loss. With Adelphi on the 14th, a 6-3 loss, he had 1 hit, scored a run, made 2 assists, and had 1 miscue at shortstop, while in a 6-5 setback by Assumption on the same date, he had 1 hit, drew a pass, and stole a base. The record is now 5-6.
In a 16-10 loss at Harvard on March 15th, John Yozzo-Scapperotta of Brown had 1 ground ball and 1 turnover in the lacrosse game, with the record now at 3-2/0-1.
