Saint George in Hastings-on-Hudson will introduce Saturday and Sunday brunch service on Saturday, December 7, 2013.  Brunch hours will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.

"We're still working on the menu," Owner/Operator Jason Steinberg said. "But guests can expect a few variations of Croque Madames (an open-face, ham-and-gruyere sandwich with sauce mornay and a fried egg), some versions of the classic Eggs Benedict, lots of shellfish and some non-brunch dishes such as steak frites."

"Brunch cocktails will include champagne drinks, draft beers, punch, and made-to-order Bloody Mary's," he added. 

The restaurant is named after Executive Chef Chris Vergara's pet rabbit George.

Saint George will be open for brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. It also serves dinner every day of the week except Monday.
