Every week we feature a different adoptable cat or dog from the no-kill shelter in Elmsford.
Zip is a 4 year old Spaniel mix. He has a wonderful personality, loves the company of people and will make a fantastic addition to any family. He is tested, up to date on vaccines, neutered and microchipped.
