Aquatics for Active Older Adults

Andrus on Hudson, a senior care community, is offering "Aquatics for Active Older Adults."  The class uses gentle water movement exercise to help improve flexibility, strengthen muscles, enhance cardiovascular fitness and relieve joint discomfort.  Classes are offered Mondays and Thursdays from 10:00am to 11:00 am.  Winter session runs Jan. 6 to March 31.  Fee is $135.  Call Angela Reeve at 914-478-4802.
