Baby Buddhas: Yoga class for babies

Yoga for babies! Help improve digestion and sleep, and learn techniques to deepen your bond with your little one. Baby Buddhas classes feature yoga-inspired play, songs, and relaxation techniques to support baby's development -- all while baby lies on their back or in their caregiver's arms. Each class includes time to connect with other parents, a series of poses, and relaxation time to help everyone enjoy quiet -- and unplugged -- time together. No yoga experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket for baby. Ideal for babies six weeks to nearly crawling. Limited to 8 participants. Note: It is recommended that new moms wait six to eight weeks postpartum and receive approval from their healthcare professional before starting any exercise routine.
