Ceramic Innovations in Clay

Yonkers, NY June 19, 2014 -
Blue Door Gallery presents for the first time, a new exhibition solely of
ceramic art – Ceramic Plus: Innovations in Clay. This national exhibition
will run from July 12th to August 23rd, 2014 and features
the works of 19 inventive ceramic artists working in both functional and
decorative styles.

There will be an artists’ reception on Saturday, July
12th from 2 to 5pm to meet some of the participating ceramicists.

Blue Door Gallery
presents widely attended and critically-acclaimed fine art exhibitions
in a welcoming environment.  BDG publishes books on many of its
outstanding exhibitions and makes available the chap books of our
poets.   We conduct community art programs at the gallery
including monthly “Open Stage” performances, poetry writing workshops,
art classes, Jazz performances and other special events.
