Athina Pride will guide you through warm-ups and passive restorative Yoga postures prior to Yoga Nidra, which is a supreme form of relaxation for your body and mind.   Yoga Nidra is a healing practice which can be practiced lying on your back with soothing yogic music in the background.  The instructor will be taking you through different relaxation techniques, and in the deeper stage of relaxation you will receive healing affirmations.
