Yoga for babies! Help improve digestion and sleep, and learn techniques to deepen your bond with your little one. Baby Buddha classes feature yoga-inspired play, songs, and relaxation techniques to support baby's development -- all while baby lies on their back or in their caregiver's arms. Throughout the class, grown-ups will have a chance to move and stretch, too. Each class includes time to connect with other parents, a series of poses, and relaxation time to help everyone enjoy quiet -- and unplugged -- time together. No yoga experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket for baby. Ideal for babies newborn to nearly crawling.
