What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day then to welcome the love of a four-legged friend into your home?

Pets Alive Westchester is thrilled to be hosting an adoption event in Mount Kisco on February 16th and 17th offering many adorable cats, dogs and rabbits.

The weekend will serve to bring awareness to the no-kill organization while finding forever homes for deserving animals.

The rescue group, with three locations including one in Elmsford (less than 15 miles away from Mount Kisco), celebrated saving over 3,500 animals in 2012 and seeks to surpass that number in 2013.

Daniele Churchill, Owner of Churchills of Mount Kisco and long time supporter of Pets Alive, will be sponsoring the organization as they bring adoptable animals to the community.

“Daniele sponsored our participation in September’s Mount Kisco Sales Days which resulted in a record breaking 60 animals finding their forever homes in just one weekend.  We are glad to be partnering with her once again and looking forward to another successful event,” says Jenessa Taylor, Pets Alive Westchester Executive Director.

Potential adopters who visit the event on Saturday between 2pm – 4pm will be treated to delicious wine and hors d'oeuvres graciously donated from Fig and Olive in Scarsdale, NY.

The public is welcome to visit Pets Alive Westchester’s adoptable animals on February 16th and 17th from 10am to 5pm at 41 South Moger Avenue, Mount Kisco, NY 10549.

Pets Alive is also grateful to Sebastian Giner and Steve Giner for donating their store front once again for this event.

These animals are so adorable you won’t need to be struck by Cupid’s arrow to fall in love with one of these furry friends!
