"Seen Along the Way," fiber art by Isabel Becker

"Seen Along the Way," an exhibit by Isabel Becker will be on display in the Martucci Gallery at the Irvington Public Library from November 1 through November 29. An opening reception will be held on Saturday, November 3, from 2pm to 4pm.  


Isabel Becker works with photographs, fabric, scissors, thread and sewing machine to recreate landscapes, flowers and everyday objects that have touched her with their beauty.  She is a member of the Scarsdale Art Association, the Rye Art Center and the Westchester Village Square Quilters.  She has placed first in juried exhibits in the Scarsdale Art Association's mixed media category and the dobbs Ferry Women's Club Beaux Arts Group.  


The Martucci Gallery in the Irvington Public Library is open Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10am to 5pm; Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 9pm.
