"Bet the Farm" author, Frederick Kaufman returns to Curious-on-Hudson. Locavore or not, you'll be interested in learning how the worlds of finance and food intersect and what the outcomes are for those who "eat," i.e., all of us. Is there enough food to feed the world or not? Is the global food supply changing as a result of local food movements throughout the world, or not?
