HOW CLIMATE CHANGE IS AFFECTING PENGUINS

This Hudson River Audubon Society of Westchester program will be presented by J. Alan Clark, a faculty member at the Fordham University Department of Biological Sciences. The Little Blue Penguin is the smallest penguin in the world and is found exclusively in New Zealand and Australia, (where it is called the Fairy Penguin). Dr. Clark conducted research on these penguins in New Zealand. Originally a behavioral study, he explored the taxonomy, mate choice, and conservation of these penguins.

The programs begin at 7:30PM. Refreshments precede the program at 7:00PM.
