Irvington resident and Larchmont Librarian, Frank Connelly, will appear as Charles Dickens to read "A Christmas Carol" at the Irvington Public Library on Thursday night, December 12, at 7:30 PM. Free. All are welcome. Parking is available in front of and behind the library building.
