OPEN HOUSE FOR PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS AND SCHOOL FAMILIES

OPEN HOUSE AT
GREENBURGH HEBREW CENTER!  MEET CLERGY,
STAFF AND MEMBERS OF SYNAGOGUE AND ITS RELIGIOUS SCHOOL, EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER
AND SOCIAL GROUPS.



The Greenburgh
Hebrew Center will host an Open House on Wednesday, July 17th from 7:00 pm to 9:00
pm at the synagogue.  This will be an
opportunity to meet and get acquainted with Rabbi Barry Kenter, New Religious
School Director Deborah Erdheim and Director of the Early Childhood Center
Gloria Smith, as well as participants of the various schools and programs
offered by Greenburgh Hebrew Center (GHC). 
Children are welcome, and dessert will be served.  



GHC’s Early
Childhood Center provides a nurturing environment for children age 2 to 5, and
offers part and full week schedules, extended hours and summer camp
options.  GHC’s Religious School boasts
dynamic and experienced teachers to engage children age 5 to 14 and provide
them a solid foundation in their Jewish learning.  The Hebrew High School creates innovative
programming for older teens, and active Kadima and USY (United Synagogue Youth)
groups offer teens meaningful social outlets.

GHC’s vibrant
Young Families Group, Empty Nesters Group, Sisterhood, Men’s Club, Limud
Learning, Israel Affairs Committee, Greenfaith Initiative, and Social Action Committee
offer myriad educational and social activities to appeal to wide-ranging ages
and interests.



Greenburgh
Hebrew Center is a Conservative egalitarian congregation, serving the
Rivertowns, Scarsdale, Hartsdale, Edgemont, White Plains, New Rochelle and
Yonkers.  GHC has services 365 days a
