Stretch, Breathe, Relax every Tuesday 7:30 p.m.

This is a perfect yoga class for active bodies and active minds, or for those who simply need to slow down from their busy lives.  The class is 1:15 hour long and ends with a guided relaxation.  The instructor is Athina Pride and brings 15 years of experience in the Westchester area.
