Three veterans and one active member of our armed services and their Service Dogs will graduate from ECAD's Project HEAL Program. Also present will be the students from area schools who trained the dogs as part of the ECADemy Program.
Mayor Peter Swiderski of Hastings-on-Hudson will participate.
Refreshments will be served.
