Summer Fun for the Rivertown Kids

The summer time is here and if your kids have been hanging around the house doing nothing all summer, it's time to get your kids out and active.  If you live in the Rivertowns, you don't have to go far. Let's talk about some places right here in your backyard.

The Greenburgh Nature Center also offers variety of educational programs as well as the Nature's Discovery Playground and various special events throughout the year. To keep up, you can sign up for newsletter and updates right from the site.

 There are also many other places for kids that offer fun as well as be beneficial to a child's physical & mental development such as Great Play of Scarsdale, Gymboree & Kidville. Check out the websites and visit the facilities to see which one suites your family needs best. 

For older kids there is the House of Sports Academy for Athletic Excellence offers summer camp as well as help your child train to be a better conditioned athlete.

With so many choices to get your children involved in activities, don't let the summer fly by without making sure that they have some wholesome fun while learning at the same time.
