Alleged Accomplice Arrested in A&P Larceny Case

In Hastings, a man has been arrested in connection with a late May shoplifting report.

The Hastings Police Department has arrested a second suspect in connection with a May 29 shoplifting report.

A 27-year-old woman who allegedly stole chopped meat and baby formula from the village's A&P was initially arrested the day of the incident after fleeing the scene in a car.

Police allege a second person was inside the store and vehicle with her—a 21-year-old Yonkers man.

That man was arrested on the evening of June 5 following the department's investigation and charged with Petit Larceny for allegedly working in concert with the driver.
