Cops: Car Window Smashed, Wallet Stolen
A man reported returning to his car in the Stop & Shop parking lot in Dobbs Ferry after two hours to find his window smashed.
A local man reported to police at about 3:10 p.m. last Sunday that someone had smashed one of his car's passenger's side windows within the last two hours while it was parked in the Stop & Shop parking lot.
He told police he left his 2009 Honda at approximately 1 p.m. and returned hours later to find the smashed window.
He reported to police shortly after that his wallet was removed from the vehicle as well.
The window damage is estimated at about $150.
