Criminal Mischief, Stolen Car at Graham School

This report was derived from information from the Hastings-on-Hudson Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

A Graham School student was arrested for allegedly damaging a flowerpot and stealing a set of 12 keys from school campus on Dec. 4.

The 16-year-old was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor and petit larceny. He was arraigned by a judge and send back to the Graham School. 

That morning the school reported that a white 1998 GMC, owned by the school, was missing from campus. The truck was later recovered in the parking lot at Riverview Catering around 3:30 p.m. This matter is still being investigated. No arrests have been made.
