Dobbs Ferry Man Arrested for Felony Mischief

Police arrested a 44-year-old Dobbs Ferry man for allegedly keying a 30-year-old Yonkers woman’s car in a Livingstone Avenue lot after the two allegedly got into a fight over a parking space on Dec. 2.

Larry Miano was arrested on Dec. 7 and charged with criminal mischief in the second degree, a felony after the incident was captured on surveillance tape, police said. Click here for the original story. 

Miano is accused of allegedly scraping the side of a 2012 Honda between 10 a.m. and 10:10 a.m. after the victim went into New York Sports Club after the argument, according to police reports. Miano was released on an appearance ticket and will return to court on Dec. 13.

It's awesome that this is a felony and like a Christmas present that he got caught and shamed. Kudos to the police for not brushing it off. Larry - when you pay for a lawyer the world will be a better place. What kind of 44 year old man does this to a woman? Get help tiny.
