Dobbs Ferry Teen Charged with Marijuana Possession in Irvington

The man faces a misdemeanor charge after he was allegedly seen rolling a joint.

Officers arrested a Dobbs Ferry man after he was observed rolling a marijuana cigarette by the Irvington reservoir, police said.

The 19-year-old was reportedly sitting in his vehicle at the time.

Police said since the act was "in public view," the teenager faces misdemeanor Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the Fifth Degree.

He was transported to police headquarters for processing and released on a village court appearance ticket for July 29.
