A former Irvington resident was arrested on Feb. 6 and slapped with two felony charges for breaking into a S. Buckhout Street apartment and stealing several items in January.
Adam Spinella, 25, who is currently homeless, was charged with felony burglary in the second degree for stealing an iPad and keyboard valued at $400, and identity theft for stealing a credit card and racking up $2,664.60 worth of charges at Best Buy.com.

Spinella arraigned on Feb. 6 and his bail was set at $5,000. He was sent to Westchester County Jail since he could not make bail. His bail was lowered on Monday to $3,500 or a $15,000 bond, which he also could not make and was sent back to the jail. He is scheduled to appear in court again.
