Residents of the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson thanked it's DPW workers, police, fire and EMS personnel for their efforts and sacrifices during Superstorm Sandy.
A potluck dinner was held at the James Harmon Community Center on Saturday evening and dozens of residents brought food and beverages along with hugs and much appreciation for the workers.
