Landscaping Equipment Snatched in Dobbs Ferry

Two landscapers reported their storage trailers were broken into overnight, according to police.

Dobbs Ferry Police are investigating two overnight larcenies that occurred on Palisade Street from July 29 to 30.

According to police, two locked storage trailers—both containing landscaping equipment—were broken into.

Numerous items were taken from each, police said, including four weed trimmers.

In total, $13,900 in equipment was reported missing.

Police said there were no witnesses to the break-ins.
