  • A 19-year-old Sugar Loaf, NY resident was found in possession of 24 small plastic bags of marijuana in the parking lot of Mercy College on Sept. 27. According to police, he was observed to have been holding an un-lit joint in his car around 6:10 p.m. Police also found a grinder. He was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation and given a ticket to appear in court on Oct. 29.
  • An attendant at Lambrose Shell reported that someone drove away without paying for $26 in gas Sept. 30 at 10:15 p.m.
