Mount Vernon Man Surrenders on Bench Warrant

A 45-year-old man surrendered to Irvington Police on Nov. 26 around 9:15 a.m. on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court.

He was originally charged with criminal possession of marijuana and aggregated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both a class B misdemeanors. After surrendering, the Mount Vernon resident was released on $250 bail and issued a new court date.
