A 27-year old Bronx man is being charged with multiple violations after illegally unloading tires at the dead end of Southside Avenue, near the Metro North train station in Hastings-on-Hudson, police said.
The defendant was in the midst of unloading “dozens of tires” on Sunday, Dec. 8, when the Metro North police called Hastings-on-Hudson police for assistance.
