POLICE: Drunk Hits 2 Parked Cars

A 26-year-old Yonkers man was arrested after allegedly hitting two parked cars on Warburton while driving drunk on Nov. 15. A person who lives on Warburton Avenue reported seeing a 2003 Ford SUV strike the cars then flee the scene.
Police later caught up with and arrested Cesar Campos and charged him with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor; as well as leaving the scene of an accident and unlicensed operation of a vehicle, while are both traffic infractions.
Campos’ car sustained damage to his passenger side, front end, quarter panel and front wheel. The first car he hit had damage to the rear and front ends, while the second car he hit had damage to the rear bumper.

He was released on $200 bail and has to appear in court on Nov. 21
