Police: Irvington Business Owner Arrested

This report was derived from information from the Irvington Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

A 62-year-old Bronxville resident was arrested on a disorderly conduct violation on Oct. 12 around 8:53 a.m. According to police, a truck was blocking the driveway of her business when she parked her car up alongside the truck.

An officer told her the truck would be gone in a few minutes and asked her to move her car, however, she allegedly refused.

The Bronxville woman allegedly became rude with the police officer, basically telling him off, while continuing to refuse to move her car. She was arrested and released on her own recognizance and is set to appear in court on Oct. 29.
