Police: Woman Arrested with 14 Heroin Glassines, 20 Needles in Greenburgh

A 28-year old woman is being charged with multiple drug felonies after being pulled over for a traffic stop in Greenburgh, state police said.

Jessica Toth, of Tarrytown, was arrested Friday, Dec. 13 around 11:20 p.m. following a vehicle and traffic stop for stopping in the lane on the Sprain Brook Parkway. After police determined the defendant was impaired by drugs, further investigation of her car revealed she was in possession of “14 glassine envelopes containing heroin and heroin residue” and “20 hypodermic needles containing heroin residue,” police said.

Toth is being charged with driving while ability impaired, criminal possession of a control substance in the seventh degree, and possession of a hypodermic instrument. She has since been processed without incident and is scheduled to return to the Town of Greenburgh Court on Friday, Jan. 3 at 9:30 a.m., police said.
