Report: Dobbs Ferry Public Works Employee Allegedly Fondled Two Women

Dobbs Ferry Public Works employee Dennis Roth, who is also a volunteer firefighter in the Village, was arrested Saturday in connection with two separate incidents of forcible touching, according to a report in the Journal News.

The incidents allegedly occurred in April and March at the same unnamed market on Main Street. No injuries were reported; the victims are reportedly 17 and 23 years old.

Roth, 51, turned himself in to police and was charged with two counts of the misdemeanor and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court April 24.
