Second Hastings Resident Reports Nude Man on Property
An unknown man was reportedly spotted performing an obscene act on a Hastings woman's deck.
For the second time in recent months, a Hastings-on-Hudson resident reported spotting a nude man masturbating on her property.
The first report, in June, came from an Amherst Drive resident.
The Hastings Police Department then received a call at 12:15 p.m. on July 30 from a James Street resident who said there a man was on her rear deck, masturbating.
She said he was completely nude and she did not recognize him. The woman provided a physical short description to police.
Hastings Police requested back-up from Dobbs Ferry and both responded to the residence.
Police searched the area and were unable to track down the man.
The resident also told police there were two bicycles missing from her backyard.
Both alleged crimes remain under investigation.
