A resident of Broadway in Hastings-on-Hudson reported that three subject drove past him on his street and cursed him out. The subjects then drove up Minturn, jumped out of a gray four-dour Chevy sedan to pee on someone’s lawn.
When the suspects, two while males and a black male, saw the Broadway resident observing them they began to chase him. The subjects then fled and were not found by police when they responded to the call.
