Here are some ways to get out and enjoy the Rivertowns and beyond over the next few days:
Ardsley Summer Concert Series
Where/When: Pascone Park on Friday, July 12 from 7 to 9 p.m.Why go: Mack and Soul is kicking off the village's 2013 summer concert series. The concerts continue on July 26, August 9 and August 23, according to the village's website.

Hastings Lights Festival
Where/When: Mac Eachron Park on Saturday, July 13 from 7 to 9 p.m.Why go: Celebrate the river and enjoy local offerings as part of the village's annual Lights Festival. More details here, including how you can personalize a laser message to be projected across the Hudson.

ECAD at the Pleasantville Music Festival
Where/When: Parkway Field on Saturday, July 13 from 12 to 8:30 p.m.Why go: The ninth annual all-day music affair features an array of established musicians and bands, local talent and non-musical performers. Suspicious Gadget Concert
Where/When: Hastings Station Cafe on Thursday, July 11 at 7 p.m.Why go: Suspicious Gadget's Peter Valentine, Amanda Homi, Jim Gately and Jon Albrink are back for an acoustic concert featuring original pieces and classic favorites.
Pricing: $10 suggested donation
Sunset Jazz at Lyndhurst
Where/When: Lyndhurst (635 South Broadway, Tarrytown) on Thursdays, starting July 11, at 6:30 p.m.
Why go: The 67-acre Lyndhurst estate on the Hudson River will provide the backdrop for an evening celebrating Jazz Forum Arts. According to Mark Morganelli, who also serves as executive director of Jazz Forum Arts, “We’re doubling the number of free events at Lyndhurst this summer, offering eight Thursday ‘Sunset Jazz at Lyndhurst’ concerts from July 11 to August 29.
